Will it work with "Big Sur" ?

Yes! ...and no.
It works in general and is very usable. There is only a problem with the "Grooves" page, where the UI doesn't update properly, which causes some buttons to appear in their active or hover state longer than they should. It doesn't affect the sound or other elements of the plugin. Though it is always recommended to make a system backup, before switching to a new OS.
