The user interface i.e. the plugin window is empty.

If your DAW software finds the plugin and is able to load it, but the plugin window is empty and has no user interface, the following solution will most likely work.

Just download and install the latest version of the plugin:

For users of Pro Tools 10 on a Mac:
Unfortunately we weren't able to fix this problem in Pro Tools 10 on Mac yet. Avid stopped supporting this version of Pro Tools which makes it unable for us to aquire a developer version to debug and fix this problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

However, we know that our plugin is working correctly in higher versions of Pro Tools, in case you consider upgrading. You can test our plugin in free i.e. trial versions of DAWs like Reaper or GarageBand to decide whether upgrading your system just for our plugin is worth the effort or not. Keep in mind that for any other DAW you'll need the VST or AU version of the plugin, not the AAX version.
