END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT 

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and MANDA AUDIO for the product accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and may include associated media and online or electronic documentation. By installing, copying, or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the software. The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 

You may not resell this software. Only free distribution is permitted.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this software, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code. 

The software may be used for personal and commercial projects, provided the grooves and drum samples are used only as part of a complete musical production incorporating other instruments. The grooves and samples may not be distributed or published in isolation as standalone samples, sample packs, or similar derivative releases. 

For educational and training purposes (e.g., tutorials, demonstrations, lessons, or reviews, including on platforms such as YouTube), the isolated playback of grooves and drum samples is permitted. 

You use this software at your own risk. MANDA AUDIO cannot be made liable for any damage or loss of data arising in connection with this software. If you are not in agreement with these terms, do not install our software. 

Although it is extremely unlikely that our software will damage your system and all tests ran smoothly, we reject any liability.
